What does “iced out” mean at HOMIEICE?
At HOMIEICE, “iced out” means jewelry packed with bright CZ stones for a high-shine, hip-hop look—chains, pendants, rings, and sets designed to flash on camera and in real life. Our pieces use premium plating and hand-set 5A CZ, not mined diamonds or solid gold, so you get the iced look at an accessible price.
Are HOMIEICE pieces waterproof?
Most HOMIEICE pieces are built to handle sweat and everyday moisture better than fashion jewelry that tarnishes quickly, and many styles are described as sweatproof, waterproof, and anti-tarnish. Still avoid harsh chemicals, long soaks, and rough wear. Wipe dry after workouts or rain and store pieces dry when you’re not wearing them.
How long do custom photo or name pieces take?
Custom photo, nameplate, and letter pieces are handcrafted after you submit your details. Most custom orders take about 2–3 weeks before shipping. Exact timing is shown on each product page—read the product note before you order.
What kind of jewelry do you sell?
HOMIEICE specializes in hip-hop and street style jewelry — iced-out chains, pendants, rings, bracelets, and matching sets built to look bold and wear everyday.
Are your pieces real gold or diamonds?
Most styles are premium fashion jewelry with high-shine plating and CZ (cubic zirconia) stones unless a product page clearly says otherwise. Always check the materials section on each item for the exact finish and stone type.
Will the plating fade or turn my skin green?
We use durable plating designed for regular wear. To keep the shine longer, avoid heavy sweat, perfume, and water when possible, and wipe pieces dry after wearing. Sensitive skin can still react to certain metals — if you have a nickel allergy, message us before ordering.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $50.00 USD or more get free standard shipping. Orders under $50 show shipping rates at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is typically 5–10 business days after shipping, depending on your destination. Express options (when available) are faster. You’ll get a tracking email once the package is on the way.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, we ship internationally when checkout allows your country. International delivery usually takes 7–20 business days. International shipping is paid by the customer at checkout. Any import duties, customs taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees charged by your local carrier or customs office are also paid by the buyer — HOMIEICE does not collect or prepay those fees.
Who pays sales tax?
For U.S. orders, applicable state/local sales tax may be calculated and charged at checkout based on your shipping address. That tax is paid by the customer as part of the order total. Product prices on the site are listed before tax unless a page says otherwise.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email [email protected] ASAP with your order number. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Once it’s packed and shipped, you’ll need our Return & Exchange policy instead.
How do I clean and care for my jewelry?
Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wear. Store separately so chains don’t tangle. Avoid swimming pools, showers, lotions, and long exposure to direct sunlight. Don’t use harsh jewelry cleaners or ultrasonic machines on plated / CZ pieces.
Do you offer a warranty?
If something arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll replace it or make it right under our warranty guidelines.
