Homie Ice ships iced-out jewelry across the United States and select international destinations from https://homieice.com. Every order is packed to protect chains, pendants, and sets in transit.

Processing time

In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). During drops, sales, or high season it may take a little longer — we’ll email you if there’s a delay.

U.S. delivery estimates

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after your order ships
Express Shipping (when available): 2–5 business days after your order ships
Free shipping may apply above the threshold shown in your cart
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and P.O. Boxes may have longer transit times or limited methods

Tracking

As soon as your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Allow 24–48 hours for the carrier scan to update after the label is created.

International shipping

International orders generally arrive in 7–20 business days depending on the destination and customs. Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees (if any) are paid by the customer. Homie Ice cannot mark packages as “gift” to avoid customs.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or an unclaimed parcel, you’ll be responsible for re-shipping fees. Contact us right away if you spot a typo after ordering.
